Ease of Use
TriMark Solutions email solution is accessible through an intuitive web-base UI for the creation and execution of all email campaigns. The software has been developed with all user types in mind, allowing the least technically sophisticated person to create highly complex emails with a variety of dynamic content and personalization.
Content/Media Libraries
Content Library: The TriMark Solutions Content Library enables you to create content with text, images, and links, and then store and categorize this content. You may then retrieve the stored content and reuse or modify across multiple campaigns.
Document Library: The TriMark Solutions document library is a way to manage all of your company's marketing materials. The document library enables you to give customers access to any document type (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), etc.) by linking to these documents in your emails. The document library ensures high speed delivery and that all of your documents will be virus free. Results from each document may be viewed in the Tracking section.
Image Library: All images and graphics can be stored in TriMark Solutions online library. This patent-pending feature is unique to TriMark Solutions and makes image cataloging and management easy, thus speeding the development time of most emails. Both .gif and .jpg images can be uploaded, categorized, and stored via the Image Library on TriMark Solutions servers.
HTML Paste: Technical and other advanced design users can forgo the use of the wizards and use our "HTML Paste" function, allowing full control over design look and feel. Forms, tables, java script and rich-media (Flash, Quicktime, etc.) can be inserted in this mode. Using the quick "View HTML" mode, the user can see their changes instantly online, making it easy to develop designs directly in our software.
Viral Marketing
It is quite possible that email marketing may be an organization's primary marketing vehicle; there are not too many other initiatives targeted at acquiring new customers. The TriMark Solutions Core Solution makes viral marketing possible by simply inserting the Forward to a Friend button. For those organizations who have developed an intranet site, the solution can also capture new subscriber requests from the website and easily integrate these new subscribers into the email marketing process.
Surveys
TriMark Solutions Survey & Form Builder enables you to add surveys and forms to the body of any email. This library feature allows you to create custom surveys and forms, define questions, and capture responses in real-time. Previously created surveys can be retrieved through the library and modified, as often as desired, to reflect updated questions. All results are viewable in the Tracking section.
Survey/Form Builder tools allow clients to actually drive ecommerce in the body of the email rather than forcing a consumer to make extra clicks to the website. Several of TriMark Solutions customers use forms to feature a promotional product and incentive purchases.
Subscriber Management
The greatest strength and differentiator for TriMark Solutions is how we have architected our database and system to support our collection of Direct Mail Tools. These robust tools are complemented by powerful list target and segmentation capabilities.
At the heart of the database is the Subscriber record. All subscribers are maintained in My Subscribers - an exhaustive list of all subscriber data, including Subscriber Profiles and Preferences.
Subscriber Profiles capture demographic information as well as transactional data (i.e. purchase history). Subscriber Preferences define what communications customers would like to receive (what lists do they want to subscribe to), how often they would like to receive communications and in what format (HTML or plain text). Subscriber Profiles and Preferences can be used then to easily drive segmentation and Dynamic Content – two critical tools for successful direct marketing. Subscriber Profiles and Preferences are created and managed by your team and are designed to "map" directly to your customer data required to personalize your email communications.
There are two types of segmentation available - Lists and Subscriber Groups; both of these allow you to create custom segments based on Subscriber Profiles and Preferences.
- Lists: Lists can often be considered subscriptions used to manage recurring communications or publication. You can 'expose' lists to your subscribers via the Subscription Center; here they can opt-in to these lists to ensure they also receive the desired communications.
- Groups: Groups are clusters of subscribers dynamically built based upon profile attributes or via random and constant interval sampling techniques.
Tracking
TriMark Solutions provides an extensive set of reports and results statistics via the online interface. The data captured includes the total number of emails sent, the number of emails that are undeliverable, the net emails delivered, the number of emails opened, the number of unique click-throughs and much more. Each of these data fields can be viewed at the individual user-level, thus enabling the creation of additional data points per client.
Tracking data can be exported directly from the UI (into excel/CSV) or via the API.
Dynamic Email Marketing
TriMark Solutions provides capabilities to send dynamically generated emails ripe with extensive text and content personalization, also called conditional or dynamic content. By utilizing Subscriber Profiles in our built-in database, users can easily insert 1, 2, 20 or even more text personalization fields in an email. Subscriber Profiles are populated through a file import or via database integration. Subscriber Profiles can easily contain product and market segment classification which can drive branding, personalization, and content for individual market segments. These profiles are extremely flexible and can contain any number of attributes for each mailing list.
What makes our solution unique? Definitely the ease of use sets us apart – both in defining and developing the attributed database, but also setting the personalization in the text of an email.
Personalization
Emails created by both technical and non-technical users can be personalized by inserting "substitution strings" into the text of the email. For example, emails can include a personalized salutation (Dear Dr. Anderson) and a signature from the designated salesperson (Sincerely, Matt Johnson). This enables one-to-one communication and interaction between the designated salesperson or store and the customer.
Dynamic Content
With Dynamic Content, you can practice true one-to-one marketing by building emails with dynamically created content (copy and images) that is unique to each individual subscriber on your list. Customize your content around subscriber purchase history, age, income, and other demographic or interest data. With Dynamic Content, you are able to deliver the right message to the right customer. The content interface on the following page shows how simple it is to display different content according to variable rules.
