TriMark Introduces Nickel & Dime Insurance: Web Design Overage "Insurance" for Web Design Clients

TriMark Solutions pioneers creative brand solution called "Nickel and Dime Insurance" to bridge gap between agreed upon fees and the common overage fees.

Raleigh, NC (January 1, 2011) – Raleigh web design and internet marketing company, TriMark Solutions, is breaking new ground in the world of web design and development with the unveiling of their new concept, "Nickel and Dime Insurance for Websites." Under this promise to its web design clients, TriMark's goal is to of eliminate unnecessary overage fees steming from very common industry challenges faced when designing and developing a website by allowing customers to utilize the company's web re-design services without being charged for a percentage of time between the end of a project's invested hours and the threshold when actual overage hours will begin!

The "Nickel and Dime Insurance" applies to hours that fall between agreed-upon project development hours and those that would typically be billed as "overage hours" by other companies. "This idea came to me, really kind of out of nowhere … with any small business there will be growing pains and most of ours over the past 5 years of doing business have been centered around determining when it was fair and ethical for our web design clients to be presented with overage hours on projects. That being said, on so many occassions we've gained business from our local and national colleagues due in large part to the quantity of overage hours on projects they have 'passed along to their clients' … and it lead me to believing there must be a better way of doing business, so "Nickel and Dime Insurance for Websites" was created, stated TriMark President/Owner Randy Goins. TriMark recognizes the reality that during web design projects, unforeseen situations can and will occur. These might include back-ups amongst the development team, multiple requested changes by the client, and the need to make several minor updates leading up to the site launch. TriMark's Nickel and Dime Insurance will allow for these unforeseen circumstances by building in "buffer" project hours that will not be charged to the client.

For customers who spend between $4,000 and $5,000 on their web design project, TriMark's criteria for the web design clients which will qualify for Nickel and Dime Insurance for Websites are simple. Any web design client investing into projects requiring over 60 total hours of services will be provided with 10 hours of "Overage" Insurance to insure no charges occur for up to 10 hours beyond its agreed upon terms. The value associated with these hours ranges from $950-$1,250 in additional "overage" added value!

TriMark's program ensures that clients are satisfied with their projects, without having worry about "watching the clock" leading up to the site launch. It's an idea that is innovative in the digital marketing world, and one that TriMark president, Randy Goins, hopes will not only help them grow their business and maintain strong customers relationships but one he hopes will change the industry for the better!

"We've been blessed to maintain and build upon our web design client relationships since our start up days in 2006, as over 85% of all web design clients we've designed or developed work for since 2006 still employ us today for either maintainence, seo & visibility services, social engagement support and/or advanced online lead generation strategies" says Goins. "With that being started, it only seems fair to me that web design clients be given more flexibility and time to ensure their website get maximized focus and attention far beyond the terms associated with an agreement. It's been a great move for TriMark, as it's not only been received well by our web design clients but it's also allowed our Web Design & Development teams take more time and focus in on the detail oriented side of web design on a deeper level than ever before and I believe it's creating a win-win for everyone involved … after all, TriMark's name does typically reside on the bottom of most of the web design projects we complete. It's as important to us as it is our clients that the work we put out is as well-rounded as it can be!"
