TriMark Solutions adds new lead generations tracking product for call tracking.Raleigh based internet marketing and lead generation firm, TriMark Solutions, adds new feature for tracking lead generation via phone call for its existing and potential clients. The call tracking product will enable the company and its clients to not only track conversion via phone call from current online marketing products but it will also allow for call recording for improved overall customer service and internal conversion efforts. Historically, tracked phone numbers could be used for additional online marketing service growth, primarily through SMS or text message marketing campaigns. TriMark owner and President Randy Goins spoke of the new technology. “In order for TriMark to continue to compete for the upper echelon of companies and groups for their online marketing management we realize the need to add in what we feel is possibly the most integral part of both our success and our client’s acknowledgement of that success. With more than 66% of all online leads being generated via a phone call TriMark was missing out on a great opportunity to receive credit which we felt we deserved, so in adding the cost per call product to our portfolio of products and services we feel as though we are one step closer to reaching the pinnacle of offering all services we feel as though are clients currently need or potentially will need in order to compete in their verticals as the leader and model.” Call tracking products work similar to how your typical phone bill would work. A business depending on the volume of calls received from leads and total quantity of numbers needed on a monthly basis would invest between 30-50 dollars per month per number and between 15-20 cents per minute depending upon volume of minutes used. “We’re very excited to show our clients a realistic number of leads they are really getting from us and our services which we provide,” Goins stated. So far so good as we have been using the product now with just a few of our clients in test phase and we are experiencing roughly 3-5 calls per day on average collectively for a list of approximately 3-5 clients currently using this software on a local level. We feel as though the addition of this software and product internally at TriMark Solutions will allow for us to keep some clients who may not feel as though the internet is as tangible as a place to drive new customers as we know it is.
