Email Marketing Deliverability Consultation

TriMark Solutions practices only permission-based, opt-in email marketing and enforces it with all clients and partners. Since current spam filtering software erroneously blocks many legitimate emails as well, we've taken several steps to ensure our clients achieve the highest possible delivery rates. Several tools are embedded in the application to ensure that legitimate permission-based emails are not mistakenly labeled as spam due to email content or the quality of the list. In addition to these built-in tools, TriMark Solutions takes several steps to achieve maximum deliverability of your emails.

  • ISP Agreements and White List Status - TriMark Solutions has white list relationships with key ISP's, anti-spam organizations, and others to ensure emails sent via our system reach the intended audience. We are listed on the "white list" for major ISP's, such as AOL, Juno, Yahoo, Compuserve, NetZero, and others. Our white list status allows mail sent from our system to be appropriately delivered without the potential for filtering.
  • Private IP & Monitoring - TriMark Solutions offers Private IP & Monitoring as an option to any account. With Private IP & Monitoring, we will host a unique IP address for your account. This unique IP address is then registered within TriMark Solution's whitelist status with major ISP's (such as AOL, Yahoo and others), providing deliverability impossible to achieve with an in-house solution.
  • Deliverability Report Cards - TriMark Solutions provides a weekly Deliverability Report Card to all clients that surpass our established thresholds for undeliverables (measured as bounce %), SpamCop complaints, or AOL spam complaint percentages. We work with our clients that regularly receive a report card to modify lists, content, and permission status so that maximum deliverability may be achieved.
  • Premium Sender Program - This program bundles together Private IP Address & Monitoring, IronPort/TRUSTe BondedSender program, AOL Enhanced Whitelist, and weekly premium sender deliverability report cards. The IronPort/TRUSTe BondedSender program white lists your Private IP Address with over 18,000 receiving domains and ISPs. Your organization in essence receives a "stamp of approval" as a sender with a record of low bounces and complaints.
