Raleigh, NC – June 17, 2010 – Joining up with over a dozen other local business Owners, CEOs, and Presidents, TriMark’s Randy Goins played in the McConnell Golf Challenge for WakeMed Children’s Hospital. In total, the event raised over $65,000 toward the opening of the new Children’s Hospital located at the New Bern Avenue Campus. 100% of all proceeds for the event went toward the children’s hospital foundation.
WakeMed Foundation’s Thomas Oxholm commented on TriMark’s involvement, “Your participation and support are helping to open a much needed Children’s Hospital here in Wake County. Every child deserves to have access to the healthcare services they need. Thank you for bringing them one step closer.” Randy Goins plans to attend and help sponsor this golfing event annually, as TriMark continues to become more involved with the community.
