The Institute of Lifestyle & Weight Loss Management is headquartered in Raleigh North Carolina and is the Triangle NC's first-ever outpatient center of specialization focused on the prevention and treatment of overweight and obese individuals. Teamwork & Technology are cornerstones of our program. Teamwork: our medical and support staff, led by Dr. Brooks Wilkins, includes a wide range of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and exercise physiologists. Technology: the Institute’s proprietary, Web-based, monitoring program allows members to enter daily critical data points regarding their personal progress. They receive immediate feedback and encouragement while online and can expect personal emails from the ILWM team at any time. Our technology has also been incorporated into an on-site state-of-the-art kitchen for our cooking classes and our fitness center designed in conjunction with Gold’s Gym™.

Change For Good Weight Loss Program

Our Change For Good weight loss program is our core offering and provides an avenue for health restoration. For less than $100 a month (after initial diagnostic fee), this program incorporates our Seven Essential Elements™ through comprehensive evaluations, team-based consultations and support, structured learning and fitness environments plus a customized level of medical care. Most importantly, when you add up all that you get with this program, it is much easier than trying to coordinate and pay for each of the services individually.

Our T2 RAMP package provides distance-based multidisciplinary weight loss programs for obesity through comprehensive evaluations, team-based support, structured learning and fitness environments plus a customized level of obesity-specific care. The T2 RAMP is our core online offering and provides an avenue for health restoration from the comfort of one's home or from remote destinations. This program incorporates our Seven Essential Elements through comprehensive member history reviews, team-based consultations and support, structured learning and fitness environments, plus a customized level of obesity-specific care. Our unparalleled support system features psychologists and life coaches who are available to help shepherd members through the rough times. Our T2 RAMP is the only personalized and integrated weight management program in the online marketplace.

Corporate Program

Designed for any employee who wants to become a more productive member of the company, the Corporate program provides cost-effective programs and services customized for the corporate lifestyle. Companies interested in the health of their employees or rising healthcare costs can sponsor or subsidize their employees. ILWM will hold Health Fairs or give "lunch and learns" on weight and lifestyle management, either at the Institute or at the worksite. ILWM will provide a written report on the current state of the employees evaluated at the health fairs, if desired.

Diabetic Obesity Weight Loss Program

Being overweight or obese is the leading contributor to developing diabetes. Our Diabetic Obesity program incorporates our Seven Essential Elements™ through comprehensive evaluations, team-based support, structured learning and fitness environments plus a customized level of medical care designed specifically to address the special needs of the diabetic patient.
