Client Services - Lead Scheduling Assistant (Part or Full Time)
The Lead Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for reaching out to potential client leads to schedule sales appointments & pricing estimates. All communication is handled via phone & email. Will also be responsible for daily lead tracking & monitoring.
Requirements:
Ability to effectively communicate & set appointments via phone/email
Must be able to work independently or within a team
Must be self-motivated
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce, MetricWise, Five9, Google Apps
The Client Services Manager position focuses on client communication and reporting, as well as new project supervision, management, and oversight.
Job Duties
Manage client communication and needs on daily basis, including handling inbound calls and requests
Create prospective client proposals and occasionally manage follow-up through the point of sale
Initial contact with clients to coordinate all required documents
Assists VP, Client Services and/or Director of Projects in managing day-to-day new project operational aspects of a project and scope
Responsible for notifying team at project start and completion phases of upfront process, making appropriate client introductions and ‘passing along’ projects in a customer-focused manner.
Responsible for actively managing the overall performance of accounts which they are assigned.
Responsible for setting up monthly/quarterly account review meetings with clients which they manage.
Responsible for the art of minimizing project risk through visual assessment of time frames, client behaviors, tendencies and details
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing along information to client
Assisting Internet Marketing team in the strategy, brainstorming and general account management of all clients via all provided products and services including: Facebook/Twitter account setup and management, Paid Search Marketing assistance, Google Analytics support, Content Writing, Search Engine Optimization Management, Online Reputation Management & Client Reporting
Assisting the VP, Client Services to ensure that all clients are communicated with enough and are given the proper level of customer service.
Facilitation and assisting in process of recording webinars and communication with client base
Monthly Performance reporting via Power Point presentations and detailed-oriented screenshot developed emails sent to specific clients on a monthly, bi-monthly to quarterly basis.
Strategize and make recommendations to clients based on results of current campaign
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with team members as well as clients/potential clients
Ability to effectively communicate & delegate client requests
Ability to work independently or within a team to accomplish goals and complete project-related tasks
Must be self-motivated & driven
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
General positive demeanor when communicating & interacting with clients & team members

Stay up to date with current industry trends for all interactive marketing and online lead generation services which TriMark offers by reading blog articles, newsletters, etc

Be able to create and interpret reports containing Google Analytics and other data
Associate Marketing Coordinator - 1 Year Experience
The Associate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the interactive marketing team via client reporting, analytical analysis, content creation and revision, etc.
